Co-founders Stephanie and Kyle Lehman are both board-certified nurse anesthetists with 20+ years of combined experience. After practicing anesthesia at clinics across South Florida, they saw a consistent problem: patients were being rushed through the process at high-volume clinics.
Red Rose was built to be the opposite. A boutique, family-run practice where hospital-grade safety meets five-star care. Every patient is treated like the only patient, because when your CRNA is also the owner, your safety isn't a line item. It's personal.

She specializes in customized injectable treatments using Botox, Jeuveau, Daxxify, Sculptra, Restylane, and RHA.
